Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended straight out and your arms straight out to the side.
  2. Bend one knee, placing your foot on the ground.
  3. Keep your other leg extended straight and use one hand to gently pull it across your body towards the bent knee.
  4. Keep your shoulder blades on the ground and hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds.
  5. Release the stretch and repeat on the other side.
