  1. Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders and your elbows close to your body.
  2. Slowly push up, keeping your elbows close to your body, and use your back and arm muscles to lift your chest off the ground.
  3. Hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds, keeping your gaze forward and your neck relaxed.
  4. Slowly release back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
