  1. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Bend your right knee and hold your ankle with your right hand.
  3. Keep your left knee straight and your left hand on your hip.
  4. Hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other leg.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
