Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with both legs extended straight out in front of you.
  2. Bend your right knee and place your right ankle on top of your left knee.
  3. Hold onto the back of your left thigh with both hands and gently pull your left knee towards your chest.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other side.
